Refunds and cancellation

Last updated: 1 October 2026. This policy explains how we handle Sphere Bot subscription payments, refund requests and cancellations.

Requesting a refund

To request a refund or ask about a Sphere Bot payment, use account support while signed in to your account. Include the receipt or transaction reference, payment date and amount, and the reason for your request.

We review the payment and circumstances of each request, including billing errors, service problems and the consumer rights that apply to your purchase. We will explain the outcome and any next steps. This policy does not impose a fixed refund window or remove refunds required by applicable law.

Do not send full card numbers, card security codes, bank sign-in details, passwords, API keys or connector tokens.

Billing errors and duplicate charges

If a charge appears incorrect, duplicated or unauthorized, contact us with the payment reference and a brief description. We will investigate and correct confirmed billing errors, including refunding duplicate or incorrect charges where appropriate.

If you suspect card or account misuse, also contact your bank or payment provider promptly. Requesting help from us does not prevent you from exercising your rights with them.

Problems with the service

If a service problem is the reason for your request, describe what happened and when. You can include an error message or a screenshot with sensitive information removed. We will review the issue, its effect on the service you purchased and the remedy required by applicable consumer law.

AI results can vary. A request will be assessed on its circumstances rather than refused simply because you have used the service. Where a remedy is required, this may include fixing the problem or providing a refund, as applicable.

Cancelling a subscription

Cancellation stops future subscription renewals. Use the cancellation controls in your account or contact support if you need help. Your cancellation confirmation will explain when it takes effect and what happens to access for any period already paid for.

Cancellation and a refund request are separate actions. Cancelling does not automatically return a payment already made. Any refund request is reviewed under this policy and applicable law. Signing out or uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.

Receiving an approved refund

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method in accordance with the payment provider's rules. We will confirm the amount and refund status. Card refunds are returned to the card used for the payment.

The time for a refund to appear varies by bank and payment provider. Contact us with your reference if you need help checking its progress.

The free trial

The standard free trial lasts 7 days from your first sign-in. There is no Sphere Bot trial payment to refund. Using your own model, connector or computer credentials can still incur charges from those providers.

Charges from other providers

Model providers, connectors or a personal E2B account may bill you separately when you use your own credentials. Their charges and refunds follow their own terms. Contact the provider that issued the charge. Sphere Bot cannot refund a payment made directly to another service.

Your rights and related policies

Nothing in this policy limits cancellation, refund or other consumer rights that applicable law requires. Purchase terms must respect those rights.
