When you contact us through our forms, subscribe to our newsletter, or use our products, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, company, and the contents of your message.

Our website uses basic analytics to understand which pages are visited. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

When you sign in to Sphere Bot with Google, on this website or in the Sphere Bot app, Google shares your account's name, email address and profile photo with us through our sign-in provider, Supabase. We keep them, with when you signed in and when the Sphere Bot app last checked in, so that Sphere Bot's administrators can decide who has access.

The website keeps you signed in with two cookies that last seven days: one holds the sign-in, the other only tells the page header that you are signed in. A third lasts ten minutes while a sign-in is in progress. All three are needed for sign-in to work. The Sphere Bot app keeps its own sign-in, encrypted, on your computer.

We use your information to respond to enquiries, deliver newsletter articles you've subscribed to, provide and improve our products, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

We keep contact submissions and newsletter subscriptions only as long as needed. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email we send.

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@asynccreatives.co.za.
